If the report credited to the Postmaster General of the federation, Bisi Adegbuyi, on September 29, 2019, that abandoned offices of the Nigerian Postal Service, NIPOST, spread across the 774 local government areas in Nigeria will henceforth serve as microfinance banks operated by the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, is anything to go by, Nigeria is set to witness even rapid rural economic transformation, development and growth.
